Visitor Parking

Follow event parking signs just off the Boreham Interchange (Boss Hoggs Roundabout), using CM3 3HJ. A pedestrian pathway leads from the parking field directly to the fair.

Parking is on grass and may be uneven. Wear suitable footwear. Although we provide floodlights on the parking field, some areas may be dimly lit. Bring a torch if arriving or leaving after dark.

Accessible Arrival

A free shuttle bus assists disabled visitors from the event parking area. Display your Blue Badge and follow the stewards’ directions.

Please use the signed visitor parking entrance so the team can direct you to the appropriate area.

By Train & Taxi

Travel by rail to Beaulieu Park station, then continue on foot (20 mins) or by a pre-booked taxi. Tell your driver you are attending the Essex County Christmas Fair and follow the event arrival signs.

Local buses serve Boreham on Main Road, with stops named Boreham House. Use the journey planner to check your service, stop and return journey for the day of your visit.
