Christchurch Park Market

Looking for something to do in Ipswich on a Sunday? Come and spend an hour or two at Christchurch Park Market where you will find a wonderful selection of stalls from local producers. 

The market is FREE entry and there is plenty of seating to relax with a coffee and bite to eat from one of the street food vendors. In the park you will also find a children’s play area, wildlife ponds, the historic Christchurch Mansion (which is also free entry), wonderful walks and picnic spots. 

Well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome.

The Market features a mixture of regular traders who will be attending every month plus others that will vary from month to month so there is always something different to see and new products to discover. 

Products that can be found throughout the various market dates include; Handmade Pies, Local Cheeses, Honey, Meat, Flowers, Eggs, Bread, Cakes, Olives, Sauces, Jams & Chutneys, Toasties, Coffee, Craft Beers, Local Spirits, Candles & Wax Melts, Handmade Jewellery, Home Accessories, Pet Products, Fashion, Skincare, Homewares, Garden Items, Chocolate, Soaps & Bath Products, Various Arts & Craft Stalls.

Please note: These products may not be available at ALL markets, many stall holders are seasonal and we can not guarantee their individual attendance due to holidays or other scenarios which may prevent them from attending.

Directions

The market is located near to Christchurch Mansion on the pathway leading from the Fonnereau Road entrance to the Round Pond. 

Parking: There is no parking available within Christchurch Park. Paid parking can be found on the roads surrounding the park and local carparks can be found on the Ipswich Borough Council website here

The Park is approximately 1 mile from Ipswich Railway Station and within 5 minutes walk of the Tower Ramparts Bus Station in the town centre.
